T-shirts / Games / Spring Break! 02/19/2010
Hey guys, just a few quick things. These are important, so take a look if you have a second! 1. If you have ANY IDEAS concerning the t-shirts, LET ME KNOW. The only feedback that I have gotten is feedback I have gone directly to people and asked for. I want people to actually LIKE these shirts, so that requires FEEDBACK AND IDEAS! Like a current design but want part of it changed? Let me know! Have an idea but have no idea how to draw it? Let me know! My email address and phone number are everywhere, and there are a billion contact forums on the website, so please just let me know somehow. 2. Doc has canceled his game for tomorrow. If you are part of it, be aware! 3. REMINDER: March 6 from 6-10 we are having a dinner/murder mystery at the Alive Center. That is the Saturday that Spring Break starts. Murder Mysteries are a lot of fun, but require some planning: I need to know as close to exactly as possible how many people are attending. PLEASE RSVP to me, Kevin, or Geneva ASAP so I can get your name on the list. If you don't know how to get to the Alive Center or need a ride, again: let us know! Something CAN and will be worked out. 4. I wasn't able to get Tetris together in time, but tomorrow there will be a Jenga Tournament, once again with some unique prizes. (Again: I promise nothing, other than the prizes are not, in fact, poo.) If you're interested, just let me know after announcements tomorrow. 5. The Guild Library and request form are on the website and are current. If you want something brought to Guild, or if you want to check something out, just fill out the request form and we'll get it to you ASAP. 5a. Last but not least, take a look around the website. If you have ideas for it, let Seth know! Poke around the forums, shoot an email to the listserv; we're not just a club, but a community! I hope to see your lovely faces tomorrow afternoon! 1 Comment Guild Shirts! 02/11/2010
Hey guys! I've posted a few possible Guild shirt designs at **this link!!**, just to get some input. We definitely don't have to use any of these, and I'm definitely gonna wait until Austin gets his idea in before we have any sort of vote (he said he's got a couple of good ideas), but let me know what you think or if you'd like to see anything in particular! I'll discuss more details on Saturday. -Autumn Calendar changes & Quotes 02/09/2010
Gm's that are paid members will now receive access to a separate calendar which you can post on. All of the calendars will then be combined to create the one on the calendar page. If you would like to have access to a calendar please fill out the form located on the calendar menu. As you can see above the quote generator is online. If you would like to request removal of a quote please email me, my email is available in the officer contact section, with the quote and reason for removal. To request to add a quote send me an email at webmaster@wkugaming.com with the quote in it. Games, Calendar, other things 02/07/2010
As decided per last guild meeting we will be staying with this site. Any Forms filled out on this site need to be submitted by 6 pm Sunday-Friday for changes to be done by the following day. Only the current officers and GM's will have direct access to the calendar, every one else will need to fill out the add an event form. Hey guys! Just a reminder - there's going to be a meeting on the first floor of MMTH on Friday at 6PM to discuss the website. If you have any input (things you'd like to see go up, come down, if you'd like it changed, whatever :)) just show up then, or shoot me an email and I'll make sure that your opinions are expressed in the meeting. Also, on Saturday, we will have a representative from the Owensboro's Gamer's Guild named Nate showing up to take a look around. Let's make sure he (and everyone else new in guild!) feels welcome. I still need volunteers for the MW2 tournament, and I should have a date set tomorrow.. keep an eye out on the website for that! Anything else, guys? -Autumn | Upcoming Events
