Since Derek Noem is longer at Western, it means that the position for Guildmaster is open, so it would be appreciated of members would show up to vote, even if they don't plan to be there for the entire meeting. Also, some important announcements need to be made so please show up for the regular meeting at least. Terms of office are two semesters, with a limit of four consecutive semesters, and six semesters total, unless waived by the membership for an individual candidate or officer due to extenuating circumstances.

Members not on any sanctions, that prevent them from holding office, may run for the various offices of guild. If an officer comes under sanctions it it their duty to resign from office.
